Group Wide Restructuring Scheme "Group Wide Restructuring Scheme" means the restructuring scheme which comprises the debt restructuring exercise, the corporate restructuring exercise and the divestment programme for the Lion Group as set out in the respective explanatory statements sent to creditors of ACB, SCB, LCB and LICB pursuant to section 177 of the Companies Act 1965 all dated 19 August 2002 and the respective errata dated 9 September 2002 issued thereto and the circulars to the shareholders of ACB, SCB, LCB and LICB all dated 9 January 2003.
